Summary

Typically we charge a Call Out fee of $90 to come to your home or business which includes the first 30 mins on site. Where possible, we then determine a total fee estimate up front once we have determined what needs to be done.

If we are there to do fault finding, we charge $30 / quarter hour after that first 30 mins.

Payment is required immediately upon completion via cash or credit card (1% fee applies).

In Detail

Standard Fees

★  $90 Call Out fee (includes 30 mins on site) + $30 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes)

★  Applies 8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri, within our standard service area

Early Morning, Evening and Saturday Call Out Fees

★  $120 Call Out fee + $40 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes)

★  Applies weekday mornings 6am-8am, weekday evenings 4.30pm-7.30pm & Saturdays 8am-4.30pm

Sunday Call Out Fees

★  $150 Call Out fee + $50 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes)

★  Applies 8am-4.30pm Sunday

Emergency Call Out Fees

★  $180 Call Out fee + $60 / quarter hour (after the first 30 minutes)

★  Min charge of $300

★  Applies 7.30pm-6am Mon-Fri ★ 4.30pm-8am Sat/Sun
